Because of the nature of our products and services, our return policy is intentionally strict and straightforward:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li><strong>DOA Returns Only:<\/strong> Returns are accepted <strong>only<\/strong> for hardware that arrives <em>Dead on Arrival (DOA)<\/em>. If a device is determined to be DOA, CHD will provide either a replacement or a refund at our\n                        discretion.<\/li>\n                      <li><strong>No Refunds Beyond DOA:<\/strong> Refunds are <strong>not available<\/strong> for any reason other than a verified DOA unit.<\/li>\n                      <li><strong>Replacements for All Other Issues:<\/strong> Any other product-related issues \u2014 including defects that occur after successful initial operation \u2014 will be handled via replacement or repair as deemed appropriate by CHD. User Responsibility for Data &amp; Connectivity<\/h3>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>Any <strong>data stored, transmitted, or published<\/strong> on CHD-hosted systems is the <strong>sole responsibility of the user<\/strong>.<\/li>\n                      <li>Any <strong>connections to or from<\/strong> CHD-hosted systems (except those known to originate from CHD itself) are the <strong>sole responsibility of the user<\/strong>.<\/li>\n                      <li>CHD assumes <strong>no liability<\/strong> for any consequences, legal or otherwise, resulting from user data, published content, or network activity.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <h3>2. Responsibility for Server Usage<\/h3>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>If any issue arises due to data present on a server \u2014 regardless of how that data is discovered \u2014 the <strong>user renting that server is fully responsible<\/strong>.<\/li>\n                      <li>Any <strong>malicious activity, illegal content, or unauthorized connectivity<\/strong> originating from a user\u2019s hosted server is the sole responsibility of that user.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <h3>3. Logging &amp; Privacy Practices<\/h3>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li><strong>Diagnostic Logs:<\/strong> CHD maintains minimal diagnostic logs strictly for troubleshooting and system reliability. These logs are retained for <strong>a maximum of 30 days<\/strong> during a new user\u2019s onboarding phase (typically\n                        3\u20136 months).<\/li>\n                      <li>After the initial onboarding period, diagnostic logs are <strong>retained for a maximum of 24 hours<\/strong> before automatic deletion.<\/li>\n                      <li>All logs are used <strong>exclusively for diagnostics<\/strong> and are <strong>never shared<\/strong> with third parties unless required by a valid court order within CHD\u2019s jurisdiction.<\/li>\n                      <li>CHD plans to <strong>eliminate all logging entirely<\/strong> within one year from <strong>October 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <h3>4. Email Hosting Policy<\/h3>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>All content transmitted via email accounts hosted by CHD is the <strong>sole responsibility of the user<\/strong>.<\/li>\n                      <li>Email-related diagnostic logs are retained for a <strong>maximum of 60 days<\/strong> (with the goal of reducing this to 15 days) solely for troubleshooting purposes.<\/li>\n                      <li>Automated <strong>virus, malware, and spam scanning<\/strong> occurs on all incoming and outgoing messages.
