At CHD, all hardware is rigorously tested before shipment to ensure quality and functionality. Because of the nature of our products and services, our return policy is intentionally strict and straightforward:

  • DOA Returns Only: Returns are accepted only for hardware that arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA). If a device is determined to be DOA, CHD will provide either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
  • No Refunds Beyond DOA: Refunds are not available for any reason other than a verified DOA unit.
  • Replacements for All Other Issues: Any other product-related issues β€” including defects that occur after successful initial operation β€” will be handled via replacement or repair as deemed appropriate by CHD. Refunds will not be issued for these cases.

How to Request a DOA Return:

  • Contact CHD Support within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue.
  • Provide photos, serial numbers, and any requested diagnostic information so we can confirm DOA status.
  • Once confirmed, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions for return or replacement.

Failure to follow the return procedure or requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be honored.

CHD provides hosted infrastructure and related services on a best-effort basis, with a strict emphasis on user responsibility and privacy. By using CHD services, you agree to the following terms:

1. User Responsibility for Data & Connectivity

  • Any data stored, transmitted, or published on CHD-hosted systems is the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Any connections to or from CHD-hosted systems (except those known to originate from CHD itself) are the sole responsibility of the user.
  • CHD assumes no liability for any consequences, legal or otherwise, resulting from user data, published content, or network activity.

2. Responsibility for Server Usage

  • If any issue arises due to data present on a server β€” regardless of how that data is discovered β€” the user renting that server is fully responsible.
  • Any malicious activity, illegal content, or unauthorized connectivity originating from a user’s hosted server is the sole responsibility of that user.

3. Logging & Privacy Practices

  • Diagnostic Logs: CHD maintains minimal diagnostic logs strictly for troubleshooting and system reliability. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days during a new user’s onboarding phase (typically 3–6 months).
  • After the initial onboarding period, diagnostic logs are retained for a maximum of 24 hours before automatic deletion.
  • All logs are used exclusively for diagnostics and are never shared with third parties unless required by a valid court order within CHD’s jurisdiction.
  • CHD plans to eliminate all logging entirely within one year from October 2025.

4. Email Hosting Policy

  • All content transmitted via email accounts hosted by CHD is the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Email-related diagnostic logs are retained for a maximum of 60 days (with the goal of reducing this to 15 days) solely for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Automated virus, malware, and spam scanning occurs on all incoming and outgoing messages. CHD does not access or inspect email content manually, nor does it share any email data with employees, partners, or third parties.
  • Email data is never used for any purpose beyond automated filtering for security and reliability.
