Custom Branded Private Data and Communications Cloud Server – Solution Package 1

This is a solution package for a ‘custom branded cloud server’ built and hosted by crowetic.

Package Details

This package includes a PLETHORA of functionality, built into a PRIVATE SERVER hosted by crowetic, which was built on bare metal, from that level up by crowetic.

All Private Cloud packages include what is listed below AND an internet domain for your organization’s cloud for a year, and email hosting for the cloud’s custom email address for notifications. An Email Address for the up-to 3 admins for your cloud from your organization also included, from your custom branded cloud domain.  Additional email addresses can be added for additional members of your organization/community if needed, simply reach out.

Each cloud server in this package includes 300GB (total) of  FAST and PRIVATE storage space, (other packages will include larger storage, and additional storage can be added if needed down the line). Each server includes at least 8GB of RAM (most likely 10-12GB) , and at least 4 CPU cores (of a VERY fast server CPU so your cloud is as responsive as possible).

All custom cloud servers offered by CHD are VIRTUAL SERVERS BUILT ON BARE METAL CONFIGURED BY CROWETIC, this means that everything from the bare metal up was installed and configured by crowetic, and therefore verified. Also, since the servers are VMs, they can easily be MOVED TO FASTER HARDWARE IF NEEDED at a later date, and UPGRADED if required. Contact us for details or customized options.

• Custom BRANDED cloud – branded with your organization’s logo and details.
• ‘Files’ app – private file storage with encryption options – public and private file sharing, sync/backup multiple computers, auto-upload pictures from phones, and much more.
• ‘Talk’ app – private text/voice/video/screensharing – ability to replace ‘zoom’ – encrypted voice/video/screenshare/meetings – public access with no accounts required possible via ‘share link’ – much more.
• ‘Contacts, Calendar, Bookmarks’ apps – collaborative calendar with public/private share options, scheduling on your own branded domain.
• ‘Announcements’ app – for making announcements to your cloud users. (Also sends automatic emails about announcements to all users with email addresses on their accounts.)
• ‘unlimited’ number of internal users possible, only the storage space is limited. You may create as many users as you like.
• 3 Default admin accounts that you may create base groups to manage users, or add your own additional admins. The first 3 also get free email hosting for 1 year on your branded cloud domain.
• ‘Notes’ app – create, automatically backup, and sync notes across multiple devices. Share privately with your cloud users or publicly with ‘share links’.
• ‘Passwords’ app – backup your passwords in a private encrypted password database, with sync both mobile and desktop.
• ‘Deck’ app – project management and task assignment
• ‘Collections’ app – community ‘wiki’ and documentation, or website-like pages with public or private access.
• ‘External links’ – create external links to other services, that are potentially able to be loaded inside the cloud interface.
• Mobile and desktop sync apps compatible – synchronize data, get notifications of calls, and much more from desktop or mobile with the supported mobile apps.
• PWA capable – Progressive Web App capable – install the web interface as a standalone app on any desktop machine with any chromium-based browser (chrome, chromium, brave, opera, etc.)
• ‘Scheduling’ app – Send links to your own branded scheduling tool for others to schedule meetings or group voice/video/screenshare calls on your ‘talk’ server in your branded cloud.
• ‘Analytics’ app – analyze any data, graphs, charts, and more.
• Many additional apps are either already possible and able to be installed with a single click by admins, or able to be built in the future.
• Future plans to have Qortal Decentralized Authentication – Maximum security and zero worries about hacks or other issues associated with ‘the internet’.

All of the above functionality and MUCH MORE is included BY DEFAULT with this package. Your custom branded domain, email addresses, and private data and communications cloud server with everything above, and the ability to setup a LOT of other functionality, all comes by default.

Along with this, multiple backups in multiple locations of the entire cloud server are taken on a weekly basis for you, higher frequencies in backups also possible if requested (reach out). This way you will never lose data.

Updates and management by crowetic – Updates and overall management of the server itself are included with the monthly price by crowetic. If further assistance is required, discounted hourly remote support rates are available.

All you need to be concerned about is your own internal community/organization, don’t worry about the server itself, or backups, updates, etc. crowetic has that under control. 🙂

MANY additional features and more details will be published as time goes on. At the moment CHD is writing in-depth documentation of each app’s functionality that will be made available on crowetic.com as it is completed. Along with additional packages with more available storage on the cloud for those that end up using it for backup/sync/storage more.

Instructions / Additional info

Upon ordering you may input any requests for a specific domain (registered by crowetic and transferrable if requested) and the up to 3 default admins you would like in the ‘Details / Requests / Comments’ field, along with any suggestions or other information you would like crowetic to have prior to building your server.

Please note that the server setup will take up to 48 hours to fully complete and for the server to be available, so a 5 day ‘free trial’ period is added to the subscription. This also means the payment will not come out immediately, but in 5 days.

There is a 100 dollar charge that will happen immediately, this is for the server setup time and to lock in the order. Then 5 days later the subscription will kick in. By then the details will be sent to your email.

If you would like to use an additional or different email address than the one for your crowetic.com account, put that into the details text as well.
